If you are considering homeopathy, before embarking upon any homeopathic remedy for breast cancer, we urge you to please consult with a medical professional conversant in homeopathy.
HOMEOPATHY
DEFINITION - EXCERPTS FROM BANERJI PROTOCOL "Homeopathy has a different concept from that of conventional medicine. Unlike other medicine, it attempts to stimulate the body to fight illness and recover good health. ... We can now generalize the common symptoms of each potential disease and determine a group of likely remedies for each disease, thus arriving at fixed protocols for treatment.
The homeopathic drug is not administered in the usual pharmacological doses, but in minute doses prepared according to homeopathic principles. The dilution of medicine is done either in generally accepted ranges (molecular dilution) or beyond the generally accepted quantitaters range (ultra-molecular) ranges.
Homeopathic medicines act on the immune system. When a disease invades the human body, it produces some symptoms. An ultra dilutional homeopathic medicine prescribed as per symptoms and diagnosis produces in the human body a drug effect that activates the immune system. The activation by the medicine produces an immunity that makes it stronger than the disease and the person is restored to health. It is due to this mechanism of action that these medicines produce hardly any side effects and leave the body stronger than they find it. On the contrary in conventional medicine, the medicines act directly on the disease. After pathological tests, when the infection is detected, a drug is administered which can kill the infection. These drugs in the process of killing infections often kill normal body cells and produce numerous side effects making the patient weaker. In many deficiency diseases, conventional medicine proposes to fulfil the deficiency by supplementing it throughout life."
HOMEOPATHY TO HELP PREVENT BREAST CANCER -COMPLEX HOMEOPATHY AS A DETOX AND DRAINAGE METHOD - Bruce Shelton, MD, 2012
HOMEOPATHY TO PREVENT BREAST PROBLEMS 1. Desbio, Cerebromax, Spinalmax, and Matrix Support every day, Friday through Sunday, as ten drops added to liters of water and drunk throughout the day, THEN
2. Debio, Detox I, II, and III; ten drops of each added to liters of water and drunk throughout the day, Monday through Thursday.
Bruce Shelton, MD, 2012.
"Another very strange set of phenomena is noted among our fellow member of society. Most women go for their annual imaging studies and see abnormalities othan than cancer (fibrocystic disease, dense glandular tissue, scars, patterns of lymphatic congestion, etc.), and, upon learning there is NO CANCER, simply go home and wait until next year to take another picture. We, by the way, believe that both have their place and in fact some women require both.
In spite of the fact that fibrocystic disease and lymphatic congestion can ultimately lead to malignant disease, the great majority of women simply elect to feel relieved of not currently having cancer, and are lacking the information of what to do to prevent problems BUT, NEVERTHELESS, usually take no action at all.
What can they do or what should they do?
There are clearly actions of an active nature that should be taken, such as discontinuation of free radical provoking substance ingestion, such as nicotine, caffeine, and excess carbohydrates. They can eat more cruciferous vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower), which prevent breast disease. They can investigate heavy metal status and take corrective action with their dentists OR
THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THE SIMPLICITY OF COMPLEX HOMEOPATHY AS PREVENTIVE MEDICINE! THESE ARE THE THE REGIMENS USED IN OUR WORK...
These are easy to use remedies that WERE USED to aid the bodies' immune system in draining toxins from the body and in many instances treat specific disease. The Protocol for preventing breast problems, lacking any other intervening circumstances, was as follows...
It clearly makes sense to be proactive when living in a world loaded with so many chemicals that poison our fat cells with excess chemicals, and where the incidence of breast diseases are on the rise. The time to act is when the mammogram or thermogram shows minor problems before more serious problems can develop. It's also very prudent to have other confirmatory studies, such as breast MRI, if there is any question about questionable findings."
HOMEOPATHY - ANY SURVIVAL DATA? - SMALL, LIMITED RETROSPECTIVE STUDY
In the Gaertner K et al. 2014 study, the researchers sought to determine the value of additive homeopathy.
The researchers conducted a retrospective study of patients who"had undergone at least three homeopathic consultations within four years" and suffered from "glioblastoma, lung, cholangiocellular and pancreatic carcinomas, metastasized sarcoma, and renal cell carcinoma". (EDITORS' NOTE: Alas, no breast cancer patients.)
Findings: "Median overall survival was compared to expert expectations of survival outcomes by specific cancer type and was prolonged across observed cancer entities."
Conclusion: "Extended survival time in this sample of cancer patients with fatal prognosis but additive homeopathic treatment is interesting. However, findings are based on a small sample, and with only limited data available about patient and treatment characteristics."

HOMEOPATHY
FOUR HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES USED IN STUDIES BELOW DEFINED
Carcinosin homeopathic remedy is from cancerous breast tissue. Phytolacca, commonly called poke, is grown in hedges, on the sides of the road, and is a weed. Conium homeopathic remedy is derived from the poisonous hemlock plant. Thuja is from the thuja tree, a coniferous tree in the Cupressaceae family.
ON BANERJI HOMEOPATHIC PROTOCOL FOR BREAST CANCER - 1980-2005
19% BREAST CANCER TUMORS REGRESSED 21% BREAST CANCER TUMORS STATIC OR IMPROVED
The Banerji Protocol was used at the Banerji Homeopathic Research Foundation on malignant tumors, including 941 cases of breast cancer, between 1980 and 2005. -------------------------------- Banerji Breast Cancer Protocol First Line Second Line Third Line
Phytolacca Phytolacca Stop the aforementioned 200 C, 2x a day 200, 2x a day medicine. Start with a new protocol Carcinosin Carcinosin- 30 C, on alternate night Thuja occidentalis 30 C, on alternate night Conium maculatum 30 C, 2x a day 3 c, 2x a day ------------------------------------- "All four of these remedies (Carcinosin, Phytolacca, Cornium, and Thuja) were used in our clinic for treatment of breast tumors. ... According to our data of the above mentioned 941 cases, in 19% of the cases, the malignant tumors completely regressed and 21% of the cases were static or improved after treatment. In this group the tumors gradually improved/regressed and then became static. This group also includes cases where the tumor did not regress but became static. In cases with static tumors, the follow up continued for at least two years and in some cases the follow ups have continued for 10 years."
HOMEOPATHY - EMULATING BANERJI PROTOCOL IN BREAST CANCER CELLS - "BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF THESE NATURAL PRODUCTS (CARCINOSIN, PHYTOLACCA, CONIUM, AND THUJA) WHEN PRESENTED AT ULTRA-LOW DOSES."
*In vitro study to determine if products prescribed by a clinic in India have any effect on breast cancer cell lines. *Studied Carcinosin, Phytolacca, Conium, Thuja against two human breast adenocarcinoma lines. *There was a downregulation of pRb and upregulation of CDK inhibit p27 (responsible for cell cycle delay/arrest and induction of apoptotic cascade which manifested as activation of caspase 7 and cleavage of PARP.) *Moderately inhibits proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. *Carcinosin and Phytolacca appeared similar to the activity of Taxol. *This study indicates that the activity of the diluted substances are dependent on genetic background."
"Density plot of apoptotic response in HMLE, MCF-7 (hormone- positive) and MDA-MB-231 (hormone- negative) cells treated with 5 ul/ml Carcinosin or Phytolacca for 72 hours. ...Viable cells are in the lower left quadrant, and early-and late-stage apoptotic cells are in the lower right and upper right quadrants. Note the increase in late apoptotic MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells."
In 2010, Frenkel M et al."conducted an in vitro study to determine if products prescribed by a clinic in India (the Banerji Protocol) have any effect on breast cancer cell lines."
In their experiment, the researchers used ultra-diluted homeopathic remedies of Carcinosin, Phytolacca, Conium, and Thuja on both estrogen-positive and estrogen-negative cells, plus an immortalized healthy breast cell line.
Findings: "Among the four remedies investigated, Carcinosin and Phytolacca, reproducibly revealed relatively higher inhibitor effects in replicate experiments. These two remedies reduced viability of the estrogen -positive cells by 60-70% at 5ul/ml and by 70-80% at 10ul/ml does after 48 and 72 hours treatments, respectively. For the estrogen-negative cells, the reductions were 50-65% at 5ul/ml and 65-70% at 10ul/ml at these times."
Mechanisms of action? Using ultra-diluted homeopathic Carcinosin, Phytolacca, Conium, and Thuja against breast cancer cells caused cell cycle delay/arrest and apoptosis, The cell cycle proteins associated with the "downregulation of phosphorylated Rb and the upregulation of the CDK inhibitor p27, were likely responsible for the cell cycle delay/arrest as well as induction of the apoptotic cascade that manifested in the activation of caspase 7 and cleavage of PARP in the treated cells."
Conclusion: " ...The preferentially elevated cytotoxic effects on breast adenocarcinoma cells compared with cells derived from normal mammary epilthelium raises the exciting possibility of a window of therapeutic opportunity to preferentially eliminate breast cancer cells with minimal damage to the surrounding normal mammary tissue by using the ultra-diluted remedies investigated in this report."

HOMEOPATHY - HOMEOPATHIC CARCINOSIN AND PHYTOLACCA VERSUS TAXOL DRUG - HOMEOPATHY HAD SAME EFFECTS AS TAXOL, BUT NO HARM TO HEALTHY CELLS.
Dr. Moshe Frenkel, in his 2015 review study, commented about past research conducted by his research team using carcinosin and phytolacca.
The Frenkel team compared the "cytotoxic effect of the homeopathic remedies, Carcinosin, Phytolacca, Conium, and Thuja, to Paclitaxel (Taxol), a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug for breast cancer. In this study, the cytotoxic effects of two of the remedies, Carcinosin and Phytolacca, appeared to have similar cytotoxic effect to the activity of Paclitaxel on the breast cancer cells. On the other hand, the homeopathic remedies did not affect the normal mammary epithelial cells, while the Paclitaxel had similar cytotoxic effect as it had on the breast cancer cells."
Comments: "Limited research has suggested that homeopathic remedies appear to cause cellular changes in some cancerous cells. In animal models, specific homeopathic remedies have had an inhibitory effect on tumor development. Studies of homeopathic remedies combined with conventional cancer care show that these remedies improve quality of life, reduce symptom burden, and possibly improve survival in patients with fatal disease. In vitro studies, animal studies, and clinical interventions that combine homeopathy with conventional cancer care suggest that homeopathy might improve the well-being of patients and might affect the progression of cancer and patient survival. These findings warrant comprehensive clinical studies to determine the effects of homeopathy on cancer and patient survival. Although additional studies are needed to confirm these findings, given the low cost and minimal risks and the potential magnitude of homeopathy’s effects, in certain situations, one might consider the use of homeopathic remedies as an additional tool to integrate into cancer care."
